Delhi is set to end February on an unusually warm note, with maximum temperatures well above seasonal norms. Meteorologists pointed out that clear skies and lack of active western disturbances have allowed daytime heat to build up. Weather expert Mahesh Palawat said the early spike in temperature is a result of bright sunshine and no moisture to induce cloudiness.
