Who is Matthew VanDyke, US national released from Tihar Jail?

US national Matthew VanDyke, who has been released from Tihar jail, was arrested for training Myanmar-based armed ethnic groups against India. He took part in Libya's civil war in 2011, joined the Ukraine war during the Russian invasion and also assisted anti-regime uprisings in Syria. VanDyke founded Sons of Liberty International organisation that provides military training to local armed groups.
