Punjab gangster, wanted in 35 cases, brought back from Ethiopia after long manhunt

Punjab Police brought back wanted gangster Gurwinder alias Afridi from Ethiopia after a 10-month international manhunt under Operation SHAHID. He's linked to the Doni Bal-Prabh Dassuwal gang and is wanted in 35 cases, including murders, targeted killings, extortion-related shootings and organised crime in Punjab from abroad. Police sources said this was their first such deportation from Africa.
