Kendrick Lamar breaks Jay-Z's record to become rapper with most Grammy wins
Kendrick Lamar holds the record for most awards won by a rapper at the Grammys, with 26 wins. Lamar broke the record previously held by Jay-Z, who had 25. The rapper won accolades for Best Rap Album for 'GNX', Best Rap Song for 'TV Off', Best Melodic Rap Performance for 'Luther', and Best Rap Performance for 'Chains & Whips'.
