Zaggle to set up Abu Dhabi subsidiary for FinTech, AI

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services will establish a wholly owned subsidiary, Zaggle Holding Limited, in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) to pursue opportunities in fintech, SaaS, and AI. The entity will also serve as a holding company for strategic investments. Founder Raj P Narayanam said the move supports Zaggle's international expansion plans.
