An FIR has been filed against Congress leader and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi in Odisha's Jharsuguda for his "fighting Indian state" remark during his speech on January 15. The FIR was registered on February 7 by Rama Hari Pujhari, a local functionary of the BJP. Rahul had said that Congress wasn't fighting BJP but the "Indian state itself".
