Kochi CP transfer not linked to Cheranalloor case: Chennithala

Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala denied that Kochi City Police Commissioner S Kaliraj Mahesh Kumar's transfer was linked to the Cheranalloor fatal accident case. He said the transfer is part of normal administrative process, not a punishment. Action against those responsible was based on an ADGP report. The case involves a minor accused of killing a 55-year-old scooter rider.
