Samsung has secured a five-year chip supply deal worth over $200 billion with Broadcom through 2030 to strengthen its AI semiconductor business. Under the agreement, Samsung will manufacture Broadcom's next-generation AI and communication chips using its advanced 2nm process technology. The partnership also covers high-bandwidth memory, advanced packaging and long-term chip production.
