AAP MLA Naresh Balyan was arrested in MCOCA case soon after he was granted bail in extortion case on Wednesday. He was arrested by Delhi Police in extortion case on November 30. The court granted bail to Naresh Balyan on a personal bond of ₹50,000. The development comes after Delhi Police's demand for judicial custody was rejected by the court.
