AI chipmaker Cerebras Systems is seeking to raise up to $4 billion (nearly ₹38,000 crore) through its initial public offering (IPO), Bloomberg reported, citing sources familiar with the matter. The US-based company is targeting a valuation of around $40 billion (nearly ₹3,80,000 crore). The firm reportedly plans to begin formal marketing for the IPO as early as Monday.
