The last rites of Prateek Yadav, who was the younger son of Samajwadi Party Founder Mulayam Singh Yadav, were performed in Lucknow on Thursday, with his father-in-law, veteran journalist Arvind Bisht, lighting the pyre. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav was also present at Baikunth Dham in Bhaisakund to bid farewell to his stepbrother. Prateek died at the age of 38.
