Magistrate hearing CJP's Ranka & Das' bail plea recuses from case, cites death threats

The bail hearing of Cockroach Janta Party functionaries Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka was put off on Sunday after the special executive magistrate recused himself citing threat to his life. Delhi Police have also registered a case over the alleged threat. Earlier, CJP alleged that the leaders' bail hearing was being deliberately delayed.
