Amid students' protests over alleged paper leaks in Jharkhand, a video of state Health Minister Irfan Ansari has gone viral in which he was unable to state the full form of JPSC. The minister appeared confused and was heard saying "Jharkhand Civil Service" twice. He then said, "First ask BJP. If they tell you, then we will tell you too."
