New-age firms cut IPO valuations as investors turn cautious
Several new-age companies are cutting IPO valuations and issue sizes as investors become more cautious about pricing high-growth technology firms. Zepto halved its target valuation to about $2.5 billion and reduced its IPO size before pausing its listing, while PhonePe explored a lower valuation. Among firms that listed this year, Amagi, Fractal Analytics, and Turtlemint accepted valuation cuts.
