Lewis Hamilton was leading 2021 Abu Dhabi GP when crash brought out Safety Car. Instead of ending race under it, Race Director Michael Masi ordered one-lap race "restart" and let some lapped cars between Hamilton and Max Verstappen pass, against rules. Hamilton, on old tyres, was overtaken by Verstappen on fresh tyres to win race and his first F1 title.
