Russia has proposed increasing crude oil and natural gas supplies to India amid disruptions following the Strait of Hormuz closure due to the US-Iran war. "Russian companies have opportunities for consistent increase of supplies...to the Indian market," the Russian government said. The development comes after Russia's First Deputy PM Denis Manturov met PM Narendra Modi on Thursday.
