Delhi CM Atishi blamed the BJP-led central government over the blast reported outside a CRPF school. She claimed that the responsibility of "law and order" is with them but the BJP instead spends all its time obstructing the elected Delhi government's work. "This is why Delhi's situation is now that of Mumbai during the 1990s underworld era," she added.
