DHL Express hikes India shipment charges by 8.9%

DHL Express will raise shipment charges in India by 8.9% from January 1, 2027. The hike aims to offset rising costs from inflation, currency fluctuations, energy expenses, and labor market pressures. Senior VP RS Subramanian said the adjustment helps maintain service quality across DHL's network spanning 220+ countries.
