The SEBI has accused Rajesh Exports, known as the world's largest gold processor, of misrepresenting consolidated revenues worth ₹15.15 lakh crore between FY21 and FY25. The regulator alleged most revenues came from overseas subsidiaries whose figures could not be verified. The SEBI has barred the company and its owner from securities markets till ​it completes investigation.
