At least four girls studying at a residential school run by religious leader Sadhvi Ritambhara drowned in a canal in Omkareshwar area of Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh. Police said that the incident took place when the girls went to take a bath along with other classmates in the morning. Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan condoled the death of the girls.
