ED raids ex-U'khand CM's PA in 2016 exam irregularities case, seizes 200 grams gold
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) raided Chandan Singh Jeena, personal assistant of ex-Uttarakhand CM Harish Rawat, in a money laundering probe linked to alleged irregularities in a 2016 state recruitment exam. The ED recovered ₹32 lakh in unaccounted cash, 200.5 grams of gold and 12 luxury watches. Additionally, bank accounts holding ₹52.16 lakh were frozen, while the PA's phone was seized.
