India sent a plane carrying nearly 150 tonnes of relief material to Myanmar, which was hit by an earthquake of 7.7 magnitude on Friday. The relief material includes tents, sleeping bags, blankets, ready-to-eat meals, water purifiers, hygiene kits, solar lamps and generator sets, MEA said. Essential medical items like paracetamol, antibiotics, canula, syringes, gloves and urine bags were also sent.
