Indian Navy Marine Commandos (MARCOS) thwarted a piracy attempt on the MV Golden Arsenal vessel that was carrying critical cargo for India in the Gulf of Aden on Wednesday. The commandos on the Indian Navy warship INS Trikand safeguarded the crew, which had an Indian national on board. The pirates fled as the warship was coming towards the affected ship.
