King Charles III delivered his first speech as Britain's monarch on Friday and paid tribute to his mother Queen Elizabeth II, who passed away aged 96. "Throughout her life...my beloved mother was an inspiration and example to me and...all my family," said Charles. "We owe her the most heartfelt debt any family can owe to their mother," he added.
