BJP leader Gourav Vallabh on Wednesday alleged that there's a split in AAP and claimed CM Atishi is not listening to party chief Arvind Kejriwal. "While Kejriwal announced the Mahila Samman Yojana, Atishi is saying there's no such scheme," Vallabh said, adding that party is divided ahead of Delhi polls. AAP promised ₹2,100 to women per month under the scheme.
