Sir Ratan Tata Trust seeks relief as ₹400cr grants at risk: Report

Sir Ratan Tata Trust has sought urgent relief from the Maharashtra Charity Commissioner against an order restricting it from holding trustee meetings, saying around ₹400 crore in grants is awaiting approval, Moneycontrol reported. The restriction is hampering its philanthropic work. It also flagged potential implications for Tata Sons' annual dividend ahead of its August 18 AGM.
