We're not bound to respond, says India on tribunal's order on IWT

After Court of Arbitration constituted under Indus Waters Treaty (IWT) ordered Indian hydroelectric plants to produce operational "pondage logbooks", India called the tribunal an "illegally constituted" body, NDTV reported, citing government sources. "Since we don't recognise legitimacy of...CoA, we don't respond to its communications...IWT is in abeyance, India isn't bound to respond," they said.
