Can't equate 'Sar Tan Se Juda' slogan with 'Jai Shri Ram', 'Allahu-Akbar': High Court

Allahabad High Court held that "Gustakh-e-Nabi Ki Ek Hi Saza, Sar Tan Se Juda" slogan amounts to a challenge to the authority of law and India's sovereignty and integrity. It added that the slogan can't be equated with chants like 'Jai Shri Ram', 'Har Har Mahadev' or 'Allahu-Akbar'. The court dismissed Maulana Tauqeer Raza's bail plea in Bareilly violence case.
