Microsoft has launched a new AI model called "Council" in Researcher, Microsoft 365 Copilot's deep research agent for work. Council runs Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's GPT models on the same prompts simultaneously. Once both reports are generated, the model creates a summary of key findings and highlights where the models meaningfully agree or diverge.
