SpiceJet has moved the Supreme Court challenging a Delhi HC order directing it to deposit ₹144.5 crore in its dispute with Sun Group Chairman Kalanithi Maran, Mint reported. The airline earlier said the payment would strain its finances. It also cited rising aviation turbine fuel prices and tensions in West Asia as reasons for its financial stress.
