Calling the Begusarai mass shooting incident a "terrorist attack", Union Minister and senior BJP leader Giriraj Singh on Friday demanded that the National Investigation Agency (NIA) or Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) must probe the matter. He also criticised the Nitish Kumar-led Bihar government and said the incident has exposed the face of the ruling regime.
