Canadian Police have detained Khalistani terrorist Arsh Dala, said to be a close of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, according to reports. He was reportedly detained in connection with a recent shootout. Dala has been accused of carrying out criminal activities and murders in India from his base in Canada for the past four years.
