As many as 130 Lok Sabha MPs and 63 Rajya Sabha MPs have signed a notice seeking removal of Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar, as per reports. According to PTI, charges against Gyanesh include "partisan and discriminatory conduct in office", "mass disenfranchisement", among others. This is the first time a notice is being moved seeking the removal of CEC.
