Two shooters allegedly linked with the Goldy Brar and Godara gang were arrested for firing at Ratan Lubana, a relative of Municipal Corporation Ward-1 Councillor in Haryana's Panchkula. The firing, which took place outside a club on Thursday, left two people injured. The assailants were reportedly waiting for Lubana outside and fired around 10 to 12 rounds at the spot.
