A couple from Gujarat's Ahmedabad, Pankajbhai Rawal and Geetaben, feed lunch to around 200 to 300 fellow daily wage workers for ₹5 every day. The couple started the initiative during the COVID-19 pandemic by providing breakfast, lunch, and tea to the needy. The couple said they charge ₹5 instead of a free meal so that people do not feel embarrassed.
