Rahul Gandhi sits on dharna with Parliament march pellet gun victim at Delhi police station

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has staged a dharna outside the DCP Office at Parliament Street Police Station with a man who was allegedly injured by pellets during July 20 Parliament March. They have accused the police of refusing to file an FIR in the case, with Rahul saying that he won't leave till the FIR is registered.
