Essel Group Chairman Subhash Chandra, who is the founder of Zee Entertainment, has sold his bungalow in Delhi's Lutyens' Bungalow Zone for ₹1,260 crore. The sale of the 2.8-acre property, bought by Chandra in 2015 for ₹304 crore, ranks among the most expensive residential deals in India. The transaction is expected to be completed by December 30.
