DCRUST staff call 'Black Diwali', threaten indefinite strike

Employees of Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST), Murthal, have announced a 'Black Diwali' protest and threatened an indefinite strike within a week if demands aren't met. The union seeks immediate appointment of a regular Vice-Chancellor, alleging administrative neglect, favouritism, and deteriorating functioning since the incumbent VC's tenure was extended.
