The accused part of the TCS sexual abuse and conversion racket were on the training team of the company's Nashik office and had detailed information about new joinees, NDTV reported, citing police sources. The accused would choose "targets" who were financially weak, had family issues and needed money. The racket involved senior staff and an HR manager, too.
