Police have arrested a man for allegedly raping a 16-year-old disabled girl in Delhi, officials said on Sunday. "A PCR call was received around 8.45 am on Saturday at Mahendra Park Police Station, stating that a teenage girl has been raped in the area, following which the police rushed to the spot," an official said.
