Two Iranians charged over UK Jewish community terror plot

Two Iranian men, Salam Ahmadyan (36) and Rahman Salehi (35), have been charged with preparing or assisting an act of terrorism targeting Manchester's Jewish community. Arrested on September 20 — eve of Yom Kippur — they were detained in Manchester's Northern Quarter. Both are due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on October 3.
