Congress North East Delhi candidate Kanhaiya Kumar, who was recently allegedly assaulted by some people and attacked with ink, has accused sitting BJP MP Manoj Tiwari of "continuously lying, circulating doctored videos and trying to instigate the common people". He claimed that Tiwari believed that perhaps the people aren't accepting him so he is "carrying out such attacks".
