A five-month-old baby sleeping at home in a Telangana village was mauled to death by a dog on Tuesday. Police said the animal had entered the house in Vikarabad when the child's mother went out of their single-room house for her household chores. Following the incident, locals killed the dog, which was reportedly often fed by residents of the locality.
