Rajasthan Royals (RR) manager Romi Bhinder has been given a warning and has been fined ₹1 lakh for using mobile phone in dought during their IPL 2026 match against RCB. As investigators accepted Bhinder's medical reasoning, no major action beyond the fine was taken, The Times of India reported.
