A viral video shows a bodyguard of Xi Jinping violently pulling a photographer away from the Chinese President as he arrived for the SCO Summit in Bishkek. Addressing the summit, PM Narendra Modi called for dismantling "entire ecosystem of terrorism", including its financing, recruitment, radicalisation and safe havens, saying there can be no "double standards" in fighting terrorism.
