Global professional services giant EY, in its recent "Future of Pay" report, predicted that employee salaries in India are expected to increase by 9.1% in 2026. Global Capability Centres are set to lead salary growth this year with projected increments of 10.4%. The financial services sector, e-commerce and life sciences and pharmaceuticals will offer 10%, 9.9% and 9.7% hikes, respectively.
