Oil Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said the current volatility in the oil market is because of the cartel of oil producers as they are cutting down and holding back production. The Iran-Israel conflict is not causing the volatility as the market has already factored it in, Puri stated. There is no shortage of crude oil in the market, he added.
