A potential peace deal between US and Iran includes Iran immediately reopening the Strait of Hormuz, US lifting its naval blockade on Iranian ports, US not imposing any new sanctions on Iran, and US and UN lifting sanctions on Iran. US would also release $25 billion of Iran's frozen assets, and Iran would neither produce nor acquire nuclear weapons.
