Abhey Singh, also known as 'IIT Baba', has alleged that some saffron-clad people misbehaved and assaulted him with sticks during a news debate programme at a private channel in Noida. Visuals of the incident have surfaced online. Following the incident, he sat in protest outside a police station but withdrew it after the police convinced him, PTI reported.
