IMD issues dense fog, ground frost & cold wave warning for several states, UTs
IMD said dense fog is forecasted to persist over Himachal Pradesh, East Rajasthan and Jharkhand till December 22. It predicted ground frost over Himachal Pradesh till December 24 and Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya till December 21. Cold wave is forecasted over Himachal Pradesh, J&K-Ladakh-Gilgit-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad till December 26 and over Punjab and Rajasthan till December 21.
